A construction company has agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to settle a lawsuit by the family of cyclist crushed by a dump truck. The cyclist died after the dump truck turned suddenly while he and another cyclist were riding in a bike lane. The firm representing the family settled another bicycle-related lawsuit earlier this month for $3.5 million. Seattle Times
