Dental Anesthesia-Beware of the Dangers

Posted by Frank Spector | Jan 27, 2017 | 0 Comments

Most of us don't like going to the dentist because it is unpleasant. But when you need dental surgery and have to get anesthesia, it can be deadly.

General anesthesia is when you have to be put to sleep. It must be administered by a trained doctor and careful monitoring must be used to measure vital signs. Just because anesthesia is given in a dental office does not mean that the dangers are not there.

A teenage girl in Minnesota filed suit against the dentist after she died from an anesthesia error during surgery. The doctors failed to monitor her vial signs which would have shown she was not getting proper oxygen.

If you or someone you know has had dental malpractice or a dental anesthesia error please call me at 1-800-299-HURT or email me using one of the contact forms on my site.
