Many of my cases go to mediation before trial. Mediation is when the parties to a lawsuit try to reach an out of court settlement with the help of a mediator. Mediators are generally retired judges and lawyers.

Frank Spector was asked to present a nationwide webinar to lawyers across the country. Frank spoke on a topic which he has a great interest in: preparing clients for deposition. He shared with other lawyers the methodology he uses to prepare his clients for this important part of the case.
