Fox Online reports that “Dean Cole was only seventy one years old when he walked through the doors of Golden Living Center Greeley in Stillwater,” and that “just twenty one days later he would be carried out, severely dehydrated.” Now, “the Kosieradski Smith law firm filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the home” alleging that “staff did not take proper care of Cole who suffered from dementia.” Also, “the Minnesota Department of Health found neglect of health care occurred in this case.”
