Man Files Lawsuit For Unauthorized Amputation

A 61-year-old man filed a lawsuit last week accusing a doctor of amputating his without his consent. In the lawsuit, he claims that the doctor was only authorized to perform a circumcision. However, the doctor maintains that upon finding cancer during the operation, the amputation became medically necessary. The suit asks that a jury award punitive damages.
