An abdominal aortic aneurysm, known as a triple A, can be a life threatening if it bursts.
The aorta in the stomach supplies blood to the lower part of your body. Some people have a weakness in the aorta which causes it to bulge out when under pressure. This is called an aneurysm.
Some of the symptoms include pain, a pulsating sensation in the stomach, a cold foot, or a black and blue foot.
Tests need to be done quickly so that the AAA can be repaired. If caught early, AAAs can be taken care of safely.
