Maryland Medical Malpractice-Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA)

Posted by Frank Spector | Sep 16, 2013 | 0 Comments

An abdominal aortic aneurysm, known as a triple A, can be a life threatening if it bursts.

The aorta in the stomach supplies blood to the lower part of your body.  Some people have a weakness in the aorta which causes it to bulge out when under pressure. This is called an aneurysm.

Some of the symptoms include pain, a pulsating sensation in the stomach, a cold foot, or a black and blue foot.

Tests need to be done quickly so that the AAA can be repaired.  If caught early, AAAs can be taken care of safely.

If you or someone you know has had an abdominal aortic aneurysm and has suffered death or permanent injury, please call us toll free at 1-800-299-HURT. Or you can fill out any of our contact forms on this page or on any page of the website.
