Nursing Home Malpractice in Maryland

Posted by Frank Spector | May 16, 2012 | 0 Comments

All too often, we get calls about terrible stories about abuse in a nursing home.  These homes are often understaffed and overworked.  These are the most frail patients who in some cases cannot communicate pain.

The most common complaint is bed sores.  These happen when bed ridden patients are not turned enough.  These sores can become infected and very painful. They are often hard to heal.

Nurses are responsible for the safety of these nursing home patients.

Nursing homes are required to keep lots of medical documentation and these need to be reviewed by lawyers who are familiar with these types of records.

If you suspect that your loved one has been abused in a nursing home, call us toll free at 1-800-299-HURT. Or fill out the contact form on this page or on any page of the website.
