Pre-eclampsia As A Basis For Medical Malpractice

Posted by Frank Spector | Aug 31, 2013 | 0 Comments

Pre-eclampsia is a dangerous condition in which some women have high blood pressure and protein in the urine.  This can cause major problems for mom and baby if not treated. High blood pressure can cause strokes in mom and can also cause a baby to die.

Medications have to be given to mom to get the blood pressure down.  However, in most cases, a c-section is the only way to handle this type of problem.

It is the responsibility of the nurses and doctors to make sure a delivery is done before tragic consequences.

If you suspect that there has been an injury to a mom or baby from pre-eclampsia call us toll free at 1-800-299-HURT.
